A seguito di modifiche normative e regolamentari, rispetto all'anno 2013, sono variate le aliquote per i seguenti immobili:
- ABITAZIONI AIRE ossia abitazioni non locate possedute da cittadini italiani residenti all'estero: con la Legge 80/2014 è stata variata la normativa IMU non consentendo più l'assimilazione all'abitazione principale, pertanto si deve applicare l'aliquota stabilita per le abitazioni a disposizione del 9 per mille;
- ABITAZIONI in COMODATO GRATUITO a figli o genitori: non è più prevista l'assimilazione all'abitazione principale, ed è stata stabilita l'aliquota minima definita dalla normativa, pari al 4,60 per mille;
